Myself and my housemate are urgently looking for another housemate to fill the empty room in our house in Hyde Park. We're both in our mid-20s and are just about to continue our studies in Leeds.

The house has 3-bedrooms and has just been newly renovated. The house has a south facing garden, with a private driveway and is in a quiet location.

The house is on Victoria Road in the middle of Headingley / Leeds City Centre, providing easy access to the City Centre & both Universities walking in around 15 minutes.

But the regular Bus Routes running from directly outside the property will get you there much quicker - Route 19, 19a, 56. Route 49, 50 50a are 1 minute away.

The Burley Park Train Station and 24hr COOP are a 2 Minute walk, the 24hr Sainsburys is just 1 minute away. The house benefits from:
