The house is a classic Victorian 4-storey with loads of space, a large shared kitchen, a cosy lounge, utility room, 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet.

The room is a quiet double at the back of the house, right next to a bathroom that’s only shared with one other room on the same floor.

It’s in a great location with only a short walk to uni, close to all the local shops, bars and pubs, and with really good bus and train links into town.

This has come up as a last-minute availability because I’ve had to defer my year, so I won’t be moving in.
