Room available

(Please excuse all my belonging in the room these would be gone if someone took over the tenancy)
I am looking to move out as I cannot afford the housing and have found somewhere else, I’m not sure about the deposit as I paid £250 but not sure how it works for tenancy takeover, the house is under Castlehill estate agents with bills included package but they are sent separately to uni homes at the first of each month (£498.34 to Castlehill via bank transfer and £134.66 to uni homes via direct debit)
Room is spacious and has an en-suite, it is a basement room but has windows to still let natural light in
I am happy to leave my clothes horse and hoover for tenant taking over as I do not need them and I know as students things like hoovers are expensive, there is a Henry with the house but I know how annoying they are and I have I believe a Dyson)
There is a heater in the room for the colder months and really great storage space
Existing housemates are quite quiet and keep to themselves, they are respectful and pay their rent on time and are respectful of your space
There is on street parking for free if you have a car and is right around the corner from a co-op and Aldi and a short ish walk from city centre and right by a train station too
