Room takeover!

I’m looking for a nice and friendly person to take over my room and tenancy! I’m leaving for personal reasons but live with friends so will be back to visit the property occasionally. I have 3 lovely housemates who are very friendly and outgoing and are very agreeable to live with and they could be your new friends too! The property is in a very good location for travel with the train station no more than a five minute walk and two bus routes right outside the house and we also have parking available right on the front driveway. The property used to be a 12 bedroom student house and then was split into 4 and 8 bedroom houses, so there are quite a few direct neighbours.
