Tenancy Takeover Hyde Park

Hey! I’m moving home so my room is available for a tenancy takeover form January (or sooner). The tenancy ends at the end of June, but I believe could be extended to next year too. It’s in a 4 bedroom house -the other two housemates are 2 lovely girls, one is a final year student, one is a recent graduate working professional, and one is a another working professional man who is also lovely.. Final housemate tbc. Rent is £490 including all bills (council tax band B). The house is in the heart of Hyde Park, less than 5 minutes walk from 24 hour Sainsbury’s, 20 minutes to University of Leeds Union, 25 minutes to Leeds Beckett, and 40 minutes walk to the Leeds Beckett Headingley campus.
