Double Room

Hi,

I’m Sophie and I’m looking for someone to fill a double room in the house I’m renting. It’s a 2-bed house (postcode LS6 1RW). It’s really close to town and to shops (small Sainsbusy’s, Aldi, the Brudenell). I’m 24, in the 2nd year of my PhD in Psychology at the University of Leeds. I’m vegan (but don’t mind what you eat), love cooking, hiking, nature, yoga, traveling, going to the pub, and all sorts of cosy and also social activities.

I appreciate clear communication, a tidy and clean house and would love to get on with my new housemate.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. The room comes with a double bed.
I will upload more current photos of the property when I’m back in Leeds from the christmas holiday, but I’ve added a big fridge, furniture in the living room, a microwave, toaster, and lots of plants and decorations to make it nice an homely.

The room is £447.50 a month and bills are about £35 a month atm (gas&electricity). The estate agents are Linley&Simpson.

I am looking for a new housemate as my partner and I have separated and he has moved out of the house.
