Due to a change in our circumstances we are looking to move out of our lovely one bed flat in Hyde Park.
The flat is located in a great part of LS6 (right near the business school) and is a great fit for quiet students or professionals!
We have really enjoyed our time here and have tried to make it feel homely and cosy 🫶🏻
The flat is on the second floor and has a separate kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. It is suitable for a single person or a couple (you can split the rent!)
There is a car park to the rear of the property which is super convenient and we have a lovely property manager who works on site Mon-Fri which means maintenance issues get dealt with quickly!
We are wanting to move out by 1st of March but can be slightly flexible so just give me a message and we can discuss :)
