Large bedroom available in an eight-bed Victorian terrace in a great part of Hyde Park, LS6. The room itself is one of the biggest in the house, with wooden floors and big bay windows that bring in loads of natural light.

Rent is £600 per month, and that includes all bills — unlimited water, gas, heating, council tax and internet — so there’s nothing extra to worry about each month.

Important: this room is available from May to July only.

The house is spacious and quiet. Although it’s technically an eight-bed house, only five other people will be living there during this period, so it never feels crowded. Everyone rents their room independently — it’s not a pre-existing friendship group — so the atmosphere is relaxed and there’s no expectation to socialise or “fit in.” People tend to keep to themselves and do their own thing.

The location is excellent, right in Hyde Park (LS6) with easy access to shops, buses, universities, and the park itself.
