I am looking for a professional (ideally female) to take over this double room from 1 July! Can be slightly flexible with start date for the right person.

About the house: This house is ideally located, with Burley Park train station and couple bus stops all less than 5 mins away. There are two Sainsbury's, Co-op and Hyde Park Picture House, all a stone's throw away ✨

The house has a little garden, on-street parking and gets a lot of natural light as can be seen in the pictures. It also comes with a spare room which is handy when visitors are over. There's a shared bathroom with a bathtub plus shower :)

The house is fully furnished and comes with a couple couches in the living room, fridge, 2 freezers, TV, toaster, and a kettle! It's super spacious for 2 people.

🛏️ The double room on the second floor has plenty of storage and comes fully furnished!

💵 Admin:
The bills along with council tax and TV license comes up to a max of 180 pounds. Note. Council Tax - Band A
