Due to our housemate relocating back home to Liverpool, I (Ahnaf, 23 - professional) and existing tenant (Charlie, 22 - professional) are looking for someone to start a new joint tenancy at our home in Hyde Park.

The house itself provides:

-large living and modern kitchen area with leather sofa, round oak table and a feature fireplace
- 300 mbps Virgin Media WiFi broadband included in rent (but no other bills)
-2 big double bedrooms, one featuring a box room to use as a guest room/home office space
-large shared bathroom/shower room
-free on street parking

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Joint tenancy (for whole property) at 1200pm
Only WiFi included in rent, no other bills (you would pay for those on top)
Guarantor required
