I study Genetics. I'm reasonably tidy, sociable, enjoy nights out as much as nights in, cooking, music, movies and art. The house has a spare room in the basement, a concrete patio, a living room, and all rooms are en suite. It is nearby a bus stop and Sainsbury's local in the Hyde Park area. Looking for two flatmates, preferably students, who also enjoys similar things to me! Internet is £1.49+ a week, bills are taken out the first of the month (£36.50pppw), the same as with the rent (£105pppw).
