Hi everyone, I've decided to move back home, so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible.

* Room in a shared house with a mix of professionals and students
* Located on the edge of Hyde Park, within walking distance of both Leeds Beckett University and the University of Leeds
* Close to the 24-hour Sainsbury's, shops, cafés, bus routes and other local amenities
* Rent is **£520 per month**, with **all bills included**
* Tenancy runs until **June 2027**

I've only just moved in, so the room is in excellent condition.
