Spacious en-suite room available in Hyde Park, Leeds from the start of October (Can potentially move in mid way through September if necessary). Rent is £700 per month including all bills. The house is shared with just one other person, and both short-term and long-term tenancies will be considered. The property is pet-friendly, although there are currently no pets living there.

The room has plenty of storage, including a private area at the top of the stairs and an additional storage nook (roughly 5*1 metres squared) accessible through a door under the desk. The house has a large kitchen, dishwasher, tumble dryer, lots of storage throughout, and a separate bathroom with a bath on the second floor. The bike shown in the hallway photos will not be there when you move in.
