The house has a nice bright living room, good sized kitchen for 3 and a little paved back garden. The room is on the first floor.
You’d be sharing with 2 very kind and friendly masters students (1 23 year old male and 1 24 year old female). Pauline the landlady is very attentive and quick to respond to anything.
It’s overall just a very nice, peaceful and friendly property on the edge of Hyde park and Headingley (bike will be gone from living room as that’s mine :)). It is only £490 a month all bills included and deposit is £200.
September rent has been paid so you will only need to pay from October.
