Room in A 3 bed house to take over immediately

I’m looking to find a replacement tenant to join this 3 bedroom house.
I am aiming to move out by the end of October with a preference of finding a replacement tenant immediately.
We are preferably looking for a student who wishes to join a friendly and welcoming house.
The room is as photographed but will be without all the boxes. Trying to move out as quickly as possible so making the listing my priority. Listing is for one room with a shared bathroom, living-room and kitchen. Room is fully furnished, including a desk, double bed, wardrobe, shelves, drawers etc.
Both other residents are students and will be remaining here to continue studying at the University of Leeds.
We are fun and outgoing with a large social network and always looking for fun things to do.
Hobbies include running, climbing, clubbing, coffee, etc
