Seeking Lodger in Ilkley

Situated in a great location in Ilkley with easy 10 minute walk to Train Station - Great Train-line connections to Leeds and Bradford - and 10 minute walk into Ilkley town, with the beautiful moors not far after that. If you drive the commutes are very easy as i commute to Yeadon, Kirkstall and Headingley daily. Parking is on the street but it's safe and free, majority of the time my car is parked right outside my house in view.

I am looking for someone who needs somewhere to live who doesn't mind sharing with myself. I don't spend a lot of time in the house as I work and study a wide range of random hours throughout the week. I am a self employed personal trainer, a masters student and a strength and conditioning coach for a professional rugby union team - sport and fitness are my biggest passions in life, yet weekends and social occasions are still important.

Living with me will be a great experience, I am tidy, clean and sociable, at the same time as being respectful for your own time and space. I have lived with both male and female lodgers in the past with luckily all being successful lodgers.

The house is spacious, a large living room with a great sofa and TV. The kitchen is a great size consisting of all needs - fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven etc.

The room available is on the top floor of 3, perfect to have your own space. The room has a single mattress available but the rest is unfurnished (only the room, the house itself is furnished). The room has plenty of space if you did want to occupy a double bed. The top room also has a large walk in area for plenty of storage.

Charging weekly fee is standard to cover everything together - rent, council tax, gas, electric, water and Virgin Media Broadband.
