Double bedroom separate bathroom in Ilkley.

I work as a physio in a local hospital and also in a private practice. I spend my free time walking our little dog, trying to grow things, meeting friends, exercising and doing crafts.
At the moment I share the house with our son who is nearly 19. He occupies the attic room and most days we only see him when he is hungry. 😊
My husband works away and our daughter is at university. Hence, during the week the house is nice and quiet. Weekends can be busier if husband and daughter come home but this does not happen every weekend- If anything our daughter’s visits are very rare!
There is parking on the drive in front of the house for most of the time. It’s just those weekends that everyone is at home I would ask you to park on a quiet street just 2 minutes away from the house.
You would have a double bedroom on the second floor and a separate small bathroom downstairs. Bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
We have a lovely south facing garden with nice seating area. We also have a small dog and a cat. They are both very friendly and the only part of the house they come in is the kitchen but most of the time they are outside.
