The spare room is a homely room with a double bed and comfortable new mattress The room is easterly facing onto the back garden and very quiet and peaceful. Other furniture in the room, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, heated clothes airer to dry wet clothing and a towel rail on radiator . Also under bed storage available to the lodger.

Will consider night shift workers (notice of nights away imperative) and people who work/study from home will be considered but may incur addition charges depending on what facilities are used are how often home during the daytime.

We are an eco household and do not excessively use utilities or water.

The neighbours are quiet so you would get a very restful night’s sleep here.

We have Netflix and Amazon Prime plus Amazon movies, fast broadband
and a good mobile phone signal area of Ilkley.

House is very close to all the amenities in Ilkley (all within 15/20 mins walking distance) buses and trains are a 5 minute walk from house. Lots of shops, cafes and local amenities are within walking distance from the house. There is a driveway which is not currently used and on road parking available too.
