Ilkley is a beautiful town, situated conveniently within 30 minutes of Leeds and right on the edge of the Dales.
It's perfect for those looking for an adventure with excellent cycle routes, great running trails, lakes, tennis courts, and even an outdoor 45m lido!

My home is a large, spacious 2 bed, first-floor Victorian apartment with far reaching views across Ilkley and valley. My Partner (Peter) are consultants who works away Mon-Fri. You would therefore have the flat to yourself.

Its a beautiful flat perfect for relaxing, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors.

The Space

The bedroom:

- A double bedroom with storage space. Sweeping views down over the town and valley.

The bathroom:
- private bathroom. Clean, large spaces. Shower, bath and toilet.

Living room with separate dining area:
- Large open space with two big sofas for relaxing. There is a large dining table for hosting friends etc.

-Modern bright kitchen with all the facilities, including washing machine & dryer

- Ample on-street safe parking

- All bills included, including a regular cleaner

About me:
We are professionals who works away Mon-Fri. You would therefore have the flat to yourself.

In my spare time I enjoy getting out in the dales, on foot, on my bike or swimming. I enjoy travelling and experiencing life through different cultures.
