Extra single bedroom can be offered free for short family/friends visit, available by arrangement.
OR we might consider letting this on a Mon-Fri basis for £15 per night, no photos but beautifully equipped.

Share house bathroom inc. shower, separate toilet and compact kitchen with owners and possibly another tenant.

All utility bills covered - Electric, Gas, Water, Internet, Rates, Freenet TV connection.

Double bed, table and two chairs, armchair. Plenty of built-in storage - wardrobes, drawers and shelves.

Use of Washer and Dryer, freezer, kettle, iron, ironing board and share fridge with 1 other tenant. There is a small fridge in the room for personal use.

Back garden with patios. Particularly useful for smoking visitors.

On street Parking in our narrow cul-de-sac is in short supply, fortunately our other long term tenant does not have a car.

Just arrive with your suitcase or make it your home.

5 minutes walk to town centre, supermarkets, shops, bus and railway station and also to Ilkley Moor and River Wharfe.

Ilkley is an Spa Town with an attractive supply of high quality shops, bars and restaurants but with the moor and river in strolling distance. Most retailers are Independents but supermarkets are within walking distance. There is a bijou cinema and a concert hall with many cultural activities to suit a wide taste.

Train service to Leeds and Bradford every half hour at peak times.

We have been letting this room for over 20 years, ranging from 6 months to 7 years per tenant. You share the house with the retired owners and another tenant.
