Like the whole house, our rooms are exceptionally large - more triple than double. You get a lot of accommodation for your money here!

All three let rooms are approximately the same size and are of similar character.

Each room (lockable from the inside and which also may be secured from the outside for longer absences from the property) features:
- stripped and waxed wood floors;
- high ceilings with original coving;
- pine or other clean real wood furniture including double or king-size bed with mattress;
- a hard-wired TV point boasting a powered signal from a rooftop aerial.

You are welcome to commission your own dish or terrestrial subscription service.

Tablets, smartphones etc can be exploited using our Ultrafast and unlimited Broadband / Wi-Fi internet connection courtesy of BT via Smart Hub 2.

Whilst privacy is assured, you can have as much or as little company from your housemates as suits.

The house is set over three floors plus cellar. The owners' quarters are on the top floor where they have their own bathroom.

The bathroom shared by lodgers is on the first floor.

There is also a ground floor cloakroom for everybody's use.

The sitting room is tastefully furnished with Italian leather sofas and has a striking feature stone fireplace.

There is a sizeable and well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen having a double stainless steel range. It is a huge room decked out with nice cooking equipment for the enjoyment of all.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the cellar.

High pressure hot water is available always and everywhere.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.

There is a bike rack fixed to the wall in the rear yard. An outside tap is available. There is plenty of free kerbside parking adjacent to the property.

We are just yards from Ilkley's terminus railway station - thus only half an hour or so from the Cities of both Leeds and Bradford. There is a regular bus service to Leeds and Skipton. We are easy walking distance from Ilkley's town centre and its amenities. We enjoy instant access to local countryside including Ilkley Moor and the Yorkshire Dales.

People who come to the house are impressed by its spaciousness and presentation. Please come and visit us :-). Although well-managed and maintained, the house is a relaxed and friendly place. We do expect respectful quiet after 10pm for anybody who wants to sleep.
