Lodger/Friend Required to Utilize Spare Room

hi, am looking for someone to utilise my spare room. someone who is trustworthy, reliable and quite a tidy person. i don't mind if you have a child that visits or small pet. must be respectful and that works both ways. you will have full use of the house gardens and a parking space. i have a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. large kitchen with breakfast bar and decent sized lounge. close to local bus stop, shops, park and other amenities. we are a happy house.
