Sunny Double Room In Ingrow

Newly decorated South facing double room in Ingrow. Close to travel links. A couple of local shops and decent takeaways.
The parking is Street parking and you can walk into the town centre in 20 mins.
There is absolutely no smoking in the house at all and that includes the room, although feel free to smoke outside.
Whoever moves in MUST LIKE DOGS as I have a little dog who is absolutely adorable. This does mean however that I can't accept any pets in the house, as my dog hates cats and can be funny with other dogs.
Potential flatmates will need to be clean and tidy and respectful of others at night. We are pretty quiet and chilled and don't really do drama. I would like to keep it that way.
The room is available immediately. (in the pictures there are no curtains up - they were taken down while the room was being decorated and new ones will be put up soon)
