The price mentioned is for when I am at the house, I do plan on going away for a short period and while away I would look to increase the monthly price as you will have the full house to yourself for that time, do message me to chat about this

The room is generously sized and has a bed, desk and chest of drawers, all of which can be moved out into storage if you have your own furniture,

There is a 2nd room that is used mainly for drying clothes on an airer that could be used as an office space if needs be

There is a garage if you need to store anything, kitchen has oven, air fryer, sous vide, baking equipment, if you want to explore your cooking

Rear enclosed garden and small grass patch outside, drive way will be available when I am away but I need it to charge my car when at home
