~INTRO~

We moved in on 1st December. All the photos are prior to moving in.

The house is on a new-ish development on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Goose Eye is a peaceful, leafy hamlet that's a 5 minute drive to Keighley.

Bedroom 2 on the floorplan is the available room.

Bedroom 5 is empty if you'd want that for a desk or storage.

~RENT & BILLS~

The Rent + Council Tax: £400pm

Utilities, Internet, Cleaner (communal areas, fortnightly): £60pm, approximately

~DURATION~

We're on a 6-month contract.

We plan to stay here for at least a year.

If you wish to stay for 6 months or longer, either is fine.

~THE HOUSE~

The house is furnished, and the bedroom is unfurnished.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all large appliances - large fridge & freezer, dishwasher.

~A BIT ABOUT US~

We're two friends who met recently in a house share near Skipton - but our landlord recently sold the property.

Simon - works as a musician
Alex - works as a Business Analyst

We both take our work seriously, are clean and respectful, and have our own lives outside of the house.
