The house is on a new-ish development on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Goose Eye is a peaceful, leafy village that's a 5 minute drive to Keighley.

~ HOUSE LAYOUT ~

The house is spacious, and is spread over four floors:

Basement: Kitchen, Dining, Lounge, Patio

Ground Floor: Garage, Entrance, Simon's Room

First Floor: Available Ensuite Bedroom, Alex's Room

Second Floor: Mo's Room, House Bathroom

~RENT & BILLS~

The Rent + Council Tax: £400pm

Utilities, Internet, Cleaner (communal areas, fortnightly): £60pm, approximately

~DURATION~

We're ideally looking for someone who wants to commit to 6-months+.

If you're just looking for a 6-month tenancy, we're happy to consider that if you let us know.

~THE HOUSE~

The house is furnished, and the bedroom is unfurnished.

There is a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom (approx 2.5m wide).

If you need a furnished room, let us know. This may be an option.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all large appliances - large fridge & freezer, dishwasher.

We're three friends who met initially in a shared house near Skipton.

Alex - works as a Data Analyst

Simon - works as a musician

Mo - Working towards a PhD in Physics

As housemates we're all clean and respectful, and have lived in shared houses for many years
