Room available to rent

I’ve got a double room coming up to rent hopefully for the start of June. The room needs decorating so will freshly decorate and furnish before tenant moves in. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. I’m looking for a tenant who is employed, respectful and tidy. I work long hours Monday-Friday so will be out of the house for most of the day, but have school holidays off. I have 2 cats but they tend to stay wherever I am, so tenant must be okay with cats. Large garden and shared patio at the top of the garden. Potential tenants more than welcome to come and view the room, however this will not be decorated for a couple of weeks. Thank you 🙂
