I have one double room available in a spacious house.

The room both has a double bed, wardrobes and storage.

All usual amenities are included, washing machine, furnished living room, fridge, freezer, hob, microwave.

The house is newly decorated- new boiler, re-wired, and new carpets throughout.

There is a parking space in front of the house.

Any smokers will have to smoke outside.

There is a big spacious kitchen/diner in the basement, living room on the ground floor, spare room on the 2nd floor and 2nd room on the 3rd floor with the bathroom.

Location is excellent. A short walk into Keighley town centre where there is regular transport to Bradford, Leeds, Skipton (all around 25-30mins by train).

There is also a nice sizeable park 1min away, a post office, co-op, fish shop and other shops are short walking distance away.

Any potential tenants shall be interviewed.

Proof of working hours is essential.
