Pet friendly room to rent

Hello my name is Charlotte I am 26 years old, I have a beautiful little cat called Robin and we are looking for someone to join our lovely home. It's a small village but frequent public transport routes and only 10 minutes drive from Garforth train station and Leeds City centre is a 25 minute drive, as we are located close to the Motorway. The property includes parking, WiFi and a lovely garden for BBQ's in the summer. There is 2 rooms to choose from and one is furnished and has a small built in wardrobe, the other room will be needed as an office as I work from home permanently now. I am looking for a friend not just a room mate but I also appreciate we all need our own space and really need someone clean and tidy.
