Room for rent

Hello, my best friend is in the process of buying a house with her boyfriend and will be moving out in a few months, and would love someone to replace her. There is 2 bedrooms to choose from and the other can be used as an office or hobby room if needed, I don't use it. There is parking and decent sized parking, big kitchen and shared bathroom. I work in the office 5 days a week very chilled out and looking for hopefully a friend not just a housemate. Not a party house, I'm not much of a drinker but would love to socialise. I have a cat he's a bit shy so would need to be cat friendly. No pictures currently as my friend is storing furniture in the property.
