Full use of the rest of the property.
Street parking.
£450 a month includes council tax (band A), gas/electricity/water/WiFi.

The property is on a quiet terraced street: a minute walk from Headingley train station, bus routes and 0.4mile (8 minute walk) from the Kirkstall Bridge retail park.

We are 2 professional, clean/tidy people who take pride in our house. We’re fun and easy going and enjoy a drink in some of Kirkstall’s finest pubs.
