The room has single bed and furnished with drawers and optional hanging space. There's a television with freeview also for use in the bedroom. The room is not suitable for anyone that works shifts unfortunately as my preference would be an individual who has standard working / study hours during the day.

The property comprises living room with separate kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all the essentials such as washing machine, microwave, toaster, gas hob and electric oven.

There's a modern bathroom with toilet, sink and over-bath shower.

The property is about 1.5 miles from Leeds city centre and is within five minutes of Kirkstall Forge train station. There's also Kirkstall Forge Retail Park and Cardigan Fields with nice places to eat and a cinema just a stone throw away. There's easy access to all motorway networks too such as M1, M62 and within easy reach of Wakefield, Huddersfield, Bradford and Manchester.
