Two double rooms available in a house share situated in a quiet street in Kirkstall.

Both rooms are available from the 1st July

All bills are included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet and tv licence)

The other 2 housemates are female young professionals aged between 23-25 and are very friendly and easy to get along with!

There is a shared lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.

The area is safe with a mix of professional and owner occupied residents.

The house is near Kirkstall Abbey and is less than a five-minute walk to Headingley train station, which is ideal to commute into the centre (roughly 10 mins). There are local frequent bus routes with a bus stop that is a two-minute walk from the house. It is approximately a 10 minute walk into Headingley.

The house is within walking distance to Morrisons, Boots, B&M and Matalan as well as Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park that has a Pure Gym, Costa, Starbucks, Home and Bargains, The Range etc.
