A houseshare in Kirkstall

Hey house seekers

A long term housemate has just moved in with a friend
leaving behind a bedroom for someone to call a home

Furnished as required, currently there is a bed, desk and drawers, and a large built in wardrobe,

Plenty of parking (on a quiet residential road)

A large kitchen with a utility room and downstairs toilet
A large living room for socialising and film nights
A large dining room for working from home (if required)

Quick walk to:
Kirkstall Bridge pub
Morrisons, The Range, Home Bargains, etc.
Kirkstall Leisure centre
Headingley Train station

There’s good access to the City Centre (I regularly walk the distance, but the buses are easy too so I’m told)

Also, the Leeds Liverpool canal is just a quick wander down the road.

In the summer months, the Ice cream van stops right outside the house!!!

Steph has been here 4 years now, she's sporty and sociable, often has her diary full of football, badminton and other activities

Chris, (37)
I'm a social person, I like to get out and about and try new things, such as:
Bouldering (I go climbing at least once a week)
Hiking
Swimming,
Gigs, (mostly country music)
Golf
and of course, the pub

Monica (27)
Monica is due to move in on 1st June, she is a mature student training to become a SEND teacher,
As a mature student her partying days are behind her

I’m just looking for a good friendly mix of people who can socialise together when we feel.
