Double room available to rent in 4 floor terrace house with live in landlord (myself), Ghost (doggo) and Kato (kitty). We have lived with tenants for many years in a friendly and respectful environment.
The room is large and fully funished on the third floor along side the bathroom. If working from home there is room for à desk. I have my room on the top floor then there is the dining room and kitchen below and the basement living room. The house is Located in Kirkstall, a stone throw away from the Abbey. There are many local amenities in walking distance including The bridge shopping centre, pure gym, kirkstall leisure centre, Morrisons, kirkstall forge and Headingley train station as well as frequent busses running throughout the day.
The room is available within a months notice and viewings can be arranged on request.
