Double bedroom available now

Hello! We have a double bedroom going available till end of June based in Kirkstall. Rent is 318, bills not included but it's not a lot. The house is with a lovely couple who cook up yum yum veggie food all the time. The house is fairly quiet, very cosy and located very closely to headingley train station and transport links to town. The house consists of one male doing their phd and one professional female. The house is very friendly, weekend evenings are spent enjoying a bottle of wine and in the day going for a nice walk.
