Friendly female house in Kirkstall

£400 bills included, joint tenancy on whole house, 6 month minimum contract into rolling.
South facing property with bright, spacious double room available.
Furniture included: bed, mattress, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table (other furniture in photo tenant’s own)
Shared spaces include living room with comfy sofa, large tv and dining table. Kitchen with all usual appliances, bathroom with large shower and extra toilet next door, large basement for storage with washing machine and tumble dryer. Small outside patio space which catches the sun for most of the day.
Approximately 5 minute walk to train station, bus stops nearby, leisure centre, Morrisons, gym and Kirkstall Abbey all within short walking distance.
Parking is on street but is limited as it is a small street. However there is always plenty of space on the adjacent road.
We are both young professionals who work during the day. In the evenings we enjoy sitting down in front of the tv (love island will be on every night over the summer!). On weekends we enjoy the occasional night out or social event, but are often away doing our own things as well. We don’t have a strict cleaning schedule, but our ethos is just clean as you go, if we notice it needs doing we do it. Also, there’s one catch, we’re both called Abby so we are only looking for other Abbys (joking!)
We are looking for someone friendly and easy-going to replace our current housemate who is moving in with her boyfriend. It’s really important to us that we find the right fit, so we are hoping to spend some time with applicants in a social setting as well as showing you around the house. On occasion we dog-sit for family, so dog lovers only please!
