Beautiful large spare room in Kirkstall available

Renting out a beautifully decorated, large spare room in my three bed house.

Finished to a very high standard with new double glazed windows, a comfy bed and furniture.

Keen to go halves on a cleaner, who can come in once every 2 weeks (but can be discussed).

The house has spacious rooms and is very well looked after. I'm looking for a considerate, tidy and friendly professional housemate to take over the room.

There is a bus stop just down the road that takes you straight into town and the travel links are great from here.

Must love animals as I have a small dog who is a good judge of character and will likely follow you around the house all day :)
