Council tax and internet are not included in the rent and these come to £63 pcm, so the total price for the room each month is £588.

The new tenant will be taking over my contract which runs until 3rd November 2024, with the option to extend further if you wish.

It's a quiet house, the other two housemates generally keep themselves to themselves and it's always kept clean and tidy. There's also a large kitchen, living room and garden with lots of storage space and on-street parking that doesn't require a permit.

Broadband is Virgin fibre optic and even in the attic the signal strength is always excellent 👌 I sometimes work from home and have never had any issues with video calls etc.

As you can see from the photos, the attic room also has it's own entrance area so the room is really private, plus the two large velux windows mean it's lovely and light.
