It is the lower ground floor which is light and airy with 3 windows looking out to the front of the house which is sunny and south facing.

The house is altogether spread over 4 floors so there's plenty of individual privacy/space.

All bills and broadband are included even COUNCIL TAX! Very fast broadband. This also includes Virgin Media TV. On street parking is available outside.
