Double room with ensuite in lovely Kirkstall flat

Double room with ensuite on the first floor, accessible by stairs only, in quiet purpose built block of flats (only 7 flats in total). I have lived in the flat since 2021 and I'm now looking for a lodger.

Location is a 10 minute walk to Headingley Train station and not much further to Kirkstall Shopping Complex and Kirkstall Abbey, so it is convenient for commuting and for shopping/ a nice walk.

I'd describe myself as a social introvert, so someone similar to that would be great! A little about me: I like hiking, gigs, theatre, going for drinks and keeping active including salsa dancing!

I work from home a few days a week, but have an office for this so it would not impact communal areas.. I do sometimes have a little dog called Milo that comes to visit, so someone who likes dogs would be ideal.

The advert is for 6 months as a maximum but this isn't set in stone. I'd like to meet interested lodgers first, so we can have a chat about the flat and would have a contract set out for the tenancy.
