Hello potential roomie,

We are a couple currently living with a lodger in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, however the other tenant will be leaving at the end of this tenancy.
Large and spacious house behind headlingley train station, close to Kirkstall Abbey. Quiet street, south facing garden that gets lots of sun. Full sky tv package on the shared living room tv. Shared open plan living room/dining/kitchen.
We're both approachable and friendly professionals and looking for someone similar to share the space. We are clean and tidy people so would require someone that respects cleanliness.
Bills will be worked out separately from rent which will be council tax which is 160 between 3 of us, plus electric, and water. No gas in the property.
Smoking is fine in the garden but not in the house. Vaping inside is fine.
The landlord would need you to pass referencing and affordability checks.
Free Street parking available.
