Large attic room in newly renovated home

Large room in a fully refurbished, furnished end terrace house in Kirkstall with 3 bedrooms spread over 4 floors. Owner and partner will share the middle room, they are off on travels for the next 4 months, so it will be just 2 of us until summer, and then possibly 4 for a while.

THE ROOM
Top floor - double loft room with a large window, lots of light, cosy bed space, includes wardrobe and other essentials. Newly painted and carpeted. There is also a second smaller room with desk space and extra loft storage. Ideal for someone working from home, or wanting space for projects.

CURRENT HOUSEMATE
- I work as a climbing instructor at the local roped wall as well as freelance outdoor work, so I work odd hours with some mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Into climbing and the outdoors and would love to find people up for hiking trips and adventures
- A bit of a reserved extrovert, I like having people around, love a good natter and the occasional boardgame/movie night/party, but will hide away sometimes
- Clean and tidy, but also love all things colourful and whimsical, and I like to make things out of yarn, wood, lights
- Rather queer, will happily go to more events at Wharf or similar, occasionally pop to Manchester or London for a party
- Happy to share the occasional meal, but I'm not much of a cook, prefer to bake. Absolutely hate onions, keep them away from me!
