Double Room Available in Cosy Well-Located Flat

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into this lovely flat after my current housemate (and best friend!) moves in with her boyfriend.

I've lived here for the past two years and have really made it feel like home, so I'd love to find someone who'll enjoy living here as much as I have. I'm hoping for someone who's friendly, considerate and looking for more than just somewhere to sleep.

The Room:

The room is a bright double and comes with some furniture. Please note that the desk and dressing table shown in the photos belong to my current flatmate and will be going with her, but the rest of the flat is fully furnished and ready to move into.

The Location:

The location is one of my favourite things about living here!

Right next to Headingley Train Station (just two stops into Leeds City Centre)
Walking distance to Headingley with all its bars, cafés and restaurants
Close to Morrisons and Kirkstall Bridge Retail Park for all the essentials
Great transport links whether you're commuting or heading into town

A Bit About Me:

I'm a young-at-heart 35-year-old who works in travel and events, so there are times I'm away with work.

Outside of work you'll usually find me at CrossFit, playing Padel, out walking or doing something outdoors. I also enjoy a good gin and tonic and a relaxed evening at home.

I'm clean, tidy and easy-going, and I'd love to live with someone who's similar - someone who enjoys a chat but also appreciates their own space.

A Few Extras:

One of the best things about living here has been the landlord. They're a private landlord who's been genuinely great over the last two years. Any maintenance issues we've had have always been dealt with quickly and without any hassle, which has made renting here really easy.
