Lovely house, all bills included

A lovely double room with lots of storage. All bills are included, including council tax and a professional clean every 2 weeks.

I work from the office most of the week, and keep busy with rock climbing, running, woodworking, gardening, reading, and trips away.

I’m friendly, sociable, and like a clean tidy home.

I’d prefer a vegan or vegetarian household, and I’m definitely up for cooking together sometimes.

I’d consider pets. Couples welcome for £1000.

The house is large and characterful with a big kitchen and living room. There’s a bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There’s a garden with sunny and shady spots, great for sitting out for a meal or even to work in the sun.

There’s street parking, and secure bike storage.

The area is quiet but well connected, with frequent buses and trains into town and easy access to the A65. There’s a good cycle route to Leeds centre along the canal. Morrisons, a great cocktail bar (Melodie71) and a great coffee shop (Chunk) and a bunch of pubs are within walking distance.
