There are two females and one male currently living in the house. Amy, Aneesah and Chris who are professionals in their late 20's/ 30's working in Leeds. The house is kept immaculately clean and tidy and we would prefer the new tenant to get on board with doing the same to maintain the cosy home.

There is a very large newly fitted kitchen with dining table and seating for six which is fantastic for entertaining. It comes with all mod cons you would expect and this property has a utility room with washer and separate dryer.

The house is only 5 Min walk from the main bus routes into Leeds and 10 mins to Headingley train station.

Amy has a pet kitten that is very lazy but very friendly! The pet has/ can be kept in the tenants bedroom if needed also.
