5 mins walk from Headingley train station and buses into Leeds city centre and st James hospital every 10 mins.

5 min walk from Morrison's and Kirkstall Abbey. A 10 min drive away is Cardinal fields leisure complex with vue cinema, bowling alley, gym and restaurants.

Street parking, however this is free with no restrictions. It's a quiet road and my housemates have never struggled to park.

Sharing with two females in their mid 20's, very tidy and sociable.
