Furnished room in Kirkstall with good transport

I have a furnished room to rent in Kirkstall, 2 min walk from the Headingley train station, about 15 minutes from Leeds centre. Headingley centre is about 10 min walk away and a lot of buses stop within a 3 minute walking distance as well.

The room has a bed, desk, chair, drawers and a wardrobe. I also included a photo from last year so you can see the layout of the room properly - since then it has been repainted to white.

The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, a little storage room which comes handy if you have a lot of stuff and also a huge cellar (we currently store bikes down here).

There's also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwawe, electric hob, oven and grill and electric shower, so don't have to worry about others using all the hot water. We also have a huge tv (45" I think) complete with Chromecast.

The rent is £365 which includes everything: council tax, gas, water, electricity, tv and internet (Virgin 50 MB), so it really is an amazing deal! The deposit is quite small, only £150.

Your housemate would be two girls in their twenties, one is working at a finance company, the other is at a language school's marketing department. They're friendly and approachable and like to socialise with housemates.

There is a gym about 5 minutes away and a big Morrisons about 10 mins walk away, fish chips on the corner and a GP also about 3 minutes walk away.

It is a nice little room, nice house and great and convenient area. I'm only leaving because I'm moving in with boyfriend as well.
