Available end of September.
Spare room with easy going art teacher and an over friendly spaniel.
This is not a big house share, I live in a 2 bedroomed house so the only other you will be sharing with is me (and Dexter).

The room is a large attic room with original fireplace and exposed brick.
Nice-ish Shared kitchen and bathroom.

Right next to the headingley train station, very near gym/morrisons.
Plenty of parking and there is a bike shed. Im easy going in the grand scheme of things, just don't need someone who will be coming in late from nights out.

This sounds a tiny bit like a dating add but I enjoying cooking, walking, day trips, eating out and beer amongst many other things.

Rent is 337 without bills, we can agree a price that includes utilities or pay as the bills arrive, up to you. Move in date would be around the 29th September.
