Large Double Room Available £450inc bills And Cat

Lovely large double bedroom in clean and cosy house in Kirkstall available from the start of April.

The available bedroom has recently been decorated and had a new carpet fitted so it's nice and fresh for someone to move into. It's a large room furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers, shelves and a fireplace feature, and the room also has space for a desk and chair if this helps with WFH. The house has street parking and a cosy living room, kitchen and newly fitted bathroom. The basement is also available for storage, and trains and buses are super close - just a few mins walk away.

I'm pretty chilled at home and enjoy having my own space as well as having a chat if we’re both about. I like music and yoga – all the usual stuff, I’m 29, a vegetarian and I have a ginger cat called Bill who is super lovely, clean and friendly :) I work in marketing and am currently working from home with COVID - when life is runs as normal I’m usually at work 9-6 through the week and then normally out and about or away some weekends or chilling at home around work - but not sure when that will happen again so just trying to keep safe at home for now. I’ve lost a couple of people to the virus so I’ve been sticking to the guidelines regarding to going out and keeping the house clean so keen to live with someone who is considerate and on the same page so we’re both comfortable at home and keeping everyone safe :)

It would be great to live with someone who is clean, friendly and considerate, and who enjoys a relaxed and respectful home. I’m very clean and tidy so looking for someone who will also look after the house and clean up after themselves and who is happy to pitch in with keeping spaces clean and hoover etc. when needed. The house has been between me and my friends for a few years so it's a very homely and nourishing space so it would be great to continue that!
