I live on my own and am looking for one person to rent my spare double room. Looking for someone who is clean tidy and considerate, I am friendly and easy going and like to keep things chilled at home. I do all the housework as long as you can tidy up after yourself.
The room comes with king size bed, fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage, TV Including Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney and & Paramount. The room is not en-suite but it’s only me you are sharing it with plus I have a downstairs toilet.
I don’t smoke but happy for you to smoke outside.
